As a human, Ryan has many physical similarities to his shifter form. He is quite tall at 6ft 1 and has compacted hardened muscles. His feet and hands are quite large. Beneath his loose-fitting t-shirts, he hides a neat six pack. He has broad shoulders. His eyes are a deep intense shade of green, though almost always twinkle with a laughing light. He has thick brows that arch above his eyes. His hair is naturally curly, though for conveniance's sake he keept it short. His only particular marking is a plain black medium sized bear paw tatoo on his left shoulder. He wears it as a proud reminder of his shifter form, which he views as his other half.

As a Grizzly Bear, Ryan appears very much like the intimidating figure described in most native american stories. He has thick dark chocolate, almost ebony tinted, fur. The tatoo he has on his shoulder is not visible when he is in his shifter form. His eyes change to being dark brown, though upon close inspection they have definate green in them. He is quite an imposing image, definately the fearsome beast of the tales. He has long ivory canines hidden behind his thick lips and sharp claws.

PERSONALITY: Ryan is a very typical teasing and light hearted flirtatious guy. He's got the good looks and the body and is quite good a reeling girls in. He adores his shifter form and is known to have a great love of grizzly bears. He collects anything related to grizzle bears, proud of his inner self. He is quite careless and often reveals his shifter secret on accident. So far, it hasn't ended too badly but it could in the future. He was nearly shot about a year ago while in woods in Montana by some men illegaly hunting grizzlies. He covered the scar with a tatoo, but has a strong fear of hunters ever since. He doesn't like little kids because he often scares them on accident when he shifts or if one sees him while he is in shifted form. Most of them freak out, he is pretty scary looking.
On the other hand, he likes giving people a little fright when he introduces them to his shifter form. He often shifts and roars, loving the shock and momentary fear on their faces. He's a big softie both outwardly and inwardly. But for his flirtatious nature and manly physique, many would think he was gay the way he laughed and joked constantly. He feels slightly disconnected from his biological family because they are human, while he is a shifter. He suspects that his father was not in fact his biological father. He assumes his biological father must have been a shifter, making him technically a half-breed. He doesn't mind much thought, because his family has loved and supported him despite his differences.
